hmm, literally was forced to do homework on this. Internet wasn't big at the time, but that's how it was explained to me over and over again. It was rape that didn't involve force or threat but a difference in authority. But oh well, I don't want to get into the weeds with it when we are otherwise in agreement save language.

statutory isn't age based. That's a legal component. A boss, a police ofeice, or a government official can also do statutory. As the name implies it's about "status" someone of higher status can pressure you into doing something you don't want to do.
I think much like the word "pedo" I think the Internet has kinda ruined the term grooming. But if you have a different interpretation I get it. I agree with you on being kind just for sex is gross. And yeah that is also grooming, but I don't think grooming is inherently bad and anyone in a relationship has been groomed unless it's like an arranged marriage or something.

That's different. That's statutory. I am against that. Deceiving and manipulation are problematic in any situation. Minor or otherwise. I've talked about this yesterday, but I literally went through anti pedo therapy and recognizing when I am grooming was a bit part of that. And it's all about just getting the minor comfortable being around you and being ok with physical contact. When sexual contact happens it's considered something completely different. Grooming is the lead up essentially. It's building trust. At least according to my 2 years of "what to watch out when you are a pedophile" training. And apparently humans subconsciously groom people they like.

agree with rape. But like grooming is a very loose term. Especially in this space. What do you even consider grooming?

despite meetup times and locations being member only, the website was freely available for anyone. And the president vetted each member in an interview. But people were worrying that someone could fake the interview. A few months after the group broke up the president was "exposed" by a YouTuber. Funny thing is they've been doxxed and stuff repeatedly in the past and it was why they weren't too concerned about it happening again. They are a Radqueer activist.

I was in a similar-ish group. It wasn't pro-c forward, but pro-c were a majority of members. Irl meetups and everything. It kinda fell apart when people started worrying that we may have been infiltrated by some bad actors.

if everyone is a pedo, than no one is.

Spoiler my NSFW posts? Why would I want to risk a minor NOT seeing my horny posts?

Thinking about my friends 14 year old sister showing me and a couple of my friends porn when we were 9 and letting us see her pussy when we argued about where girls pee from. MAP teenagers are a gift to young children.
