Have you ever been in a position in which relationships aren't for you? I can't seem to shake the feeling that I don't exist for relationships but just purely a cog in a machine to keep things operational.

@Aco Odd question,, What are the available avenues to get closer to you? As it stands I see you more of a superior than a commrade

2026-10-31 00:46:48 UTC

@Aco Just wondering,, how niche is the Mil/Intel interest within para spaces? Not just history but actual Mil/Intel manuals and real world applications?

My biggest pet peeve is users believing everything they hear about rpo and doa without further investigation and confirming if the claims are valid or not, they wouldn't exactly be the perps that spread misinformation and cause harm, but nonetheless equally complicit in believing without rigorous confirmation of a claim.

Thats the whole point on planning and stress-testing, evidently if someone says they are doing their training and performance say otherwise then they are pulled. There are ways and means to check. They don't have to do physical training but it will cost them in the future, The recommendation will always be there so it wouldn't be too late to put in the work but they will be held back.

When we are talking about training paras for military-like organization, finding individuals similar to me is extraordinarily difficult especially for making a team for Ops and SpecOps. either A you can have more Dolls recruit more people that want to be part of DoA COTM, B some of your dolls that aren't doing recruiting, I can use them from time to time as proxies for OSINT Investigations and Monitoring, C I can provide some incentive for users of rpo to act as proxies to conduct HUMINT Ops to gather data on the open Internet and other Instances. You are open to choose how you want to go about it as I am currently researching OSINT tools to use, how to use and check if there are back doors in which someone may be gathering intel on how the tools are used which is a massive security risk for me. This is a massive project to undertake for building foundations for COTM. All I am saying is I need some more hands on deck for data collection specifically as I do some research and build some programming skills for making OSINT tools for COTM via Git

The way that I see it is that it builds mental fortitude when under stress and pressure, physical training acts as an artificial external stressors to the mind in turn helps the brain find a means to cope in healthy manners. It is a weak point when doing HUMINT and Counter Intel specifically. As I pointed out on rpo, human beings are the weakest link in terms of OPSEC except its not just applicable to OPSEC but daily life and survival when shit hits the fan.

2026-10-26 20:50:26 UTC

- reply

Alright and we can do based on performance rather than age but do keep in mind minors can serve as proxies for Ops and SpecOps and HUMINT as we cannot due to our mature stages in life, I would absolutely encourage hand to hand combat and training in myofibrillar hypertrophy for mental fortitude.

ABSO-FUCKEN-LUTELY YES,, MASSIVE YES not just military but Federal Gov,, in the states they have A-team and B-Team for Cyber warfare. One is NSA and the other is CIA. There is even an agency SPECIFICALLY for Cyber threats within the DOD (Department of Defense). And if I were you JROTC equivalent is for the Minors and actual Cyber warfare training for 18+, then SpecOps teams for more advanced users to heighten security measures.

Anything related to programming or Cybersecurity yes Github is recommended but I don't think it would be wise to put all of our eggs in one basket for communications. Matrix, SimpleX etc. is fine. I am also thinking that we may need our own homeserver. I can topple up some funds if that is a route you are willing to take

Sounds good and sounds like I need to build programs in which users can participate in the fields they are strongest in for example Cybersecurity, OSINT/OPSEC, RECON, HUMINT, Counter-Intel. Some programs can be in combination of the stated specialties depending on which division they will be part of. Could I also delegate which Ops and SpecOps a user or adherent will be part of?

2026-10-24 16:13:42 UTC

- reply

Yes, you are correct in that the dept would be reactive, however having a reactive team or dept can also constitute as being proactive by accounting for probable events. I am not sure on regards to financing and having dept dedicated to rejuvenate our troops as the mainstream is not as accepting for paras such as Pedophilia or Transgender Ideology. There is a lot I have to build for COTM as it seems that COTM may become bigger than the other Covens as it is more based on action and execution of a directive or completion of an objective. I would be inclined to speak with Nola via Matrix for privacy and she can relay any relevant information with you as will I regarding Project PRISM.

I am sure that there will be certain ideas or Ops that will keep adherents entertained, as the old saying goes "Don't let a crisis go to waste" a crisis is a good motivator and opportunity to learn and refine skills within the subsections. Also I don't think you answered my question from over 12 hours ago which is that; Is Nola under my wing for COTM/PRISM training or??

2026-10-24 15:47:33 UTC

- reply

The starting premise has to be that vetting alone will not solve this. Any control that depends on everyone inside being trustworthy fails the moment one person isn't. So the proposal is to design PRISM so that a single infiltrated member cannot produce a believable false finding, cannot erase a true one, and cannot act on either without others.
The first mechanism is compartmentalization. No member holds the complete picture. Each of the four pillars collects and holds fragments, and any synthesized assessment requires contributions from more than one pillar. A lone insider can distort their own fragment, but they cannot author a finished product alone, and a distorted fragment that contradicts the others becomes visible during assembly.
The second is corroboration as a hard requirement. Nothing enters the permanent record from a single source or a single analyst. Findings need at least two independent collection paths or two independent analysts arriving separately. Fabrication then requires collusion across roles rather than one person deciding what is true.
The third is append-only record keeping. Every access, edit, query, and export is logged, and records are never deleted—only superseded, with the original retained and the revision annotated. Suppression becomes structurally impossible; the worst an insider can do is add a visible contradiction to the file, which draws attention rather than removing it.
The fourth is distributed custody at the moment of creation. Findings are replicated to independent holders as they are produced, not archived later. Anything written exists in more than one place before it can be quietly altered, and hash-based integrity checks make any modification detectable after the fact.
The fifth is adversarial review by peers. Any member can flag a finding for independent re-derivation, and a flagged finding cannot be acted upon until someone else reproduces it from raw inputs. This gives the unit an internal immune response that does not depend on leadership noticing a problem.
The sixth is attribution. Every claim carries the name of the collector, the method used, and the time of collection. Anonymous assertions have no standing. This raises the cost of fabrication considerably, because a false claim is permanently attached to the person who made it.
The seventh is rotation and cross-training. Members move across pillars on a fixed cycle, and no one owns a source, dataset, or relationship indefinitely. Long-term capture of a single function becomes impractical when the occupant changes regularly.
The eighth is blast-radius limitation. Access is scoped to the current task and time-limited, revoked on rotation or reassignment. An insider's reach is bounded by what they currently need, not by what they once touched.
The ninth is seeded verification points. Known-truth indicators placed in the collection environment let the unit test whether reported observations match reality. Systematic distortion shows up as drift against those reference points.
The tenth is the charter sunset. The unit's mandate expires on a fixed cycle and must be renewed on demonstrated performance. No structure earns permanence by default.
Underneath all of it sits a cultural commitment tied to organizational vision and values: every PRISM activity must be defensible as advancing protection, transparency, and integrity rather than suspicion, control, or internal advantage. Challenging a finding, questioning a method, or refusing an instruction that fails that test is treated as a duty, not disloyalty. A unit that punishes internal dissent is exactly the unit that hides a compromised member. The honest summary is that you cannot verify trustworthiness in advance, and this design doesn't try. It assumes infiltration will eventually be attempted and makes the payoff small, the footprint loud, and the exit visible. A single bad actor inside PRISM should find themselves unable to author a conclusion, unable to delete a record, unable to act alone, and unable to stay in one position long enough to build leverage. That is the strongest answer available to your concern, and it is far easier to commit to now, before anyone is hired, than to retrofit once a team exists and has its own habits.

well first off need to think things through on how I view Ds as well as rpo, I can't shake the feeling as though I am not part of it but rather completely detached. Overall it is what it is, I don't think engagement will improve my social skills at all so I might just forget about trying to improve on that area. Secondly I am gonna be more focused on my books and that means significant less time on either ds or rpo, the books are in relation to COTM and creating a dedicated subsection within COTM

@Aco Hey I was wondering why is it that some users in other instances call you a fed? usually they call you cult leader, or anything else.

2026-10-20 22:07:45 UTC

@Aco @junebug I feel this has to be known per recent findings. I have picked up intel that Aco and DoA is being investigated by an Instance user over on CB, I don't know exactly what information is going around, however this is a security risk and a risk of rep. majority of users on CB stated that they view DoA as a cult due to some of it's philosophies and actions. I want to make it clear that the majority of Aco's philosophy is solid, stable and reliable.

2026-10-20 03:28:12 UTC

- reply

Alright, got it. COTM desperately needs Intelligence agents with exceptional OSINT skills

2026-10-20 03:04:31 UTC

@Aco Why does it seem as though no one wants to join COTM as it is exactly tailored for individuals that want to take action to make a change for defense of paras?

2026-10-20 01:44:36 UTC

- reply

The vetting process was created accounting for being the sole operator and I am aware I don't have to, but please keep in mind I am still building the foundations and making one from scratch or using tried and true tactics are only applicable for forced molding not autonomy. I am trying to align with Aco values all while integrating MIL vetting standards and look for potential adherents. It is already hard to find individuals that have the skill set. I can mold them for the operation given they cooperate. I am working off data from mature centralized systems that use coercion and manipulation tactics to force subjects to obey without the target knowing and I am trying to come up with ways without that hostility. In the past I have been mentally broken then remade in the image of Mil values and operate in a centralized system. Under the umbrella of COTM people who want to take action can join and I can recruit them if you are willing to authorize me to recruit and vet them.

2026-10-20 01:13:42 UTC

I read the doc and my alt. is that I have already have a plan in place, however I am unable to do anything with recruitment because of my lack of social skills. How does this vetting protocol work? As I have said before, my strengths are security in terms of Mil/Intel Ops. Below is my vetting process.

2026-10-19 22:34:24 UTC

@Aco You were right on terms that building foundations for COTM is going to be a daunting task. I am still happy to do it alone, this is simply going to be a massive project that will demand a lot out of me to get momentum going. As kayla has stated I need to know more about computers and tech is a major component for makinng a JSOC equivalent for COTM. I will need help on some parts being on how to keep subsections of COTM decentralized all while adhering to Aco values and philosophy.

Yeah I need to consult with Aco in the future about bringing back the war room and upgrade security measures from Classified to Top secret to Need to know basis as there are layers. I also need more intel on the history of RevPara and his history on other instances. I plan to integrate Mil-Spec standards for COTM as well as some more advanced means of comms. I know kayla hates proprietary but we need some proprietary software and hardware for RECON ops

2026-10-18 22:25:14 UTC

@Aco Yeah I might need some advice regard the whole snuff pizza topic because I am not trained for this, only in detecting actual threats and security risks for systems
