@nprofile…atrs okay, maybe you’re conflating the various sciences.
There are two different technologies worth distinguishing here:
geoengineering and electromagnetic pulse (EMP) technology. They're not the same thing, although both can involve manipulating physical processes.
Geoengineering generally refers to deliberately altering Earth's climate or environmental systems, such as reflecting sunlight or removing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere.
My point was about #EMP #tech
Localized EMP technology, however, does exist, and there is documented evidence of it beyond theoretical claims.
For example:
- Sandia National Laboratories operates an Electromagnetic Environments Simulator capable of generating controlled EMPs to test electronic equipment. Its published specifications describe pulsed electric fields reaching 250 kV
Research
- The U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory demonstrated its THOR high-power microwave system on April 5, 2023. According to the laboratory, it used electromagnetic pulses to disable multiple drones during testing.
Air Force Research Laboratory
There's an important distinction, though: generating a localized electromagnetic pulse in a laboratory or directing microwave pulses at drones is very different from producing a massive EMP capable of disabling entire cities.
The evidence supports the existence of localized electromagnetic pulse technology. It does not establish that every claimed large-scale EMP capability exists or performs as advertised.
I'm interested in your distinction here: Are you talking about geoengineering through atmospheric electromagnetic manipulation, such as claims involving HAARP, or are you questioning whether a non-nuclear EMP weapon can actually disable electronics?
Either way: I stand on my original post. It’s the distance that is questionable.

THEY'RE IN THE ARMY NOW!
Salute Sergeants Barbie and Ken!
They're enlisted personnel in the 101st Airborne division, famed for
its skill and daring in air assault. #Rakkassans
Both wear authentic desert battle dress uniforms of camouflage
material, like those worn in the
Desert Storm campaign. You can
tell by the insignia on her maroon beret that Sergeant Barbie is a
medic, and she's ready for duty with two field medical cases!
Staff
Sergeant Ken is ready, too, with a helmet, binoculars and a field case.
His beret bears the distinctive 101st
Airborne unit insignia with the motto:
Rendezvous with Destiny.
Both are proud, patriotic Americans
serving their country wherever they are needed.
Military galas are grand!
Barbie is dressed with elegance in an authentic Army officer's evening uniform. She wears regulation form fitting jacket with gold braid, dress shoulder knots and military decorations, a long graceful skirt, and even regulation pearl carrings and ring, Pretty and proud Barbie attends official military dinners embassy parties and many other formal affairs around the world with the men and women who serve their country.
Might have to debox these old dolls 🤣

EMP? Electrical Magnetic Pulse depending on size. Also, the amount of data centers originally planned …
Gary has paused new data-center development. The city said it had no operating data centers within city limits when Mayor Eddie Melton announced a one-year moratorium on September 16, 2026.

The **ERA—the Equal Rights Amendment—is the century-long effort to put an explicit guarantee of equality regardless of sex into the U.S. Constitution.
Its central idea is simple: government should not deny people equal legal rights because of their sex. Its path into the Constitution has been anything but simple. Source : #NationalArchives
**What it says**
Its main provision reads:
“Equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.”
Two additional sections give Congress enforcement power and provide that the amendment takes effect two years after ratification. The language protects people regardless of sex, rather than naming women alone.
**How we got here**
| Year | What happened |
| **1923** | The ERA was first introduced in Congress after Alice Paul’s campaign for constitutional equality.
| **1972** | Congress approved it and sent it to the states. It needed **38 states**, with an initial seven-year deadline. |
| **1977** | **Indiana became the 35th state to ratify**, on January 18. |
| **1982** | The extended deadline expired with only 35 states having ratified. |
| **2017–2020** | Nevada, Illinois, and Virginia ratified, bringing the number of states that had approved it to 38—but after the deadline. |
| **2025** | President Biden declared it the “law of the land.” His statement did not resolve the legal dispute or secure certification. |
That is the central complication: **38 states have voted yes, but whether those votes legally completed ratification remains disputed.
**Why the fight is still happening**
There are two major procedural disputes:
- **The deadline:** Supporters argue that the deadline can be removed or should not prevent recognition, particularly because it appeared in Congress’s proposing resolution rather than the amendment’s operative text. The Justice Department’s 2020 position was that the deadline was binding and the amendment had failed adoption.
- **Attempted withdrawals:** Several states tried to withdraw their earlier ratifications. Whether those withdrawals can legally count is another disputed constitutional question.
**As of October 2026, it has not been certified and published as the 28th Amendment.** The National Archives’ published position is that existing legal and procedural constraints prevent certification. Advocates continue to argue that it is already valid; that position should not be confused with settled, operative constitutional status.
**Don’t women already have equal rights?**
Women already have substantial constitutional and statutory protections. Courts apply the Constitution’s equal-protection guarantees to sex discrimination, and laws such as Title VII and Title IX provide additional protections.
The ERA would add an **explicit constitutional prohibition on government sex discrimination**. Supporters argue this would strengthen those protections and make equality less dependent on legislation and judicial interpretation. Its precise effects would still require court decisions; it would not automatically eliminate unequal pay or every form of private discrimination.
**Who opposed it—and why?**
Phyllis Schlafly’s **STOP ERA** movement was a major force in blocking ratification during the 1970s. It argued that the amendment threatened women’s existing protections and traditional family roles, and raised fears about women in military combat, gender-neutral bathrooms, and same-sex marriage. Those were opposition arguments about potential consequences, not provisions written into the amendment.
The question underneath this entire history is powerful: **Should equality regardless of sex be written expressly into the country’s highest law?** Americans have been fighting over that proposal for more than a hundred years.

Thanks to #Nostr I read my #poetry in public spaces sometimes.
Here is some samples :
Lifelong weirdos get it …
My poetry helps me make sense of the world and I shall read you three.
Ima happily retired US Army veteran who now works for world peace, freedom technology & open source software: specifically in development. This gives back the power to 99% of people. 1% will pay their fair share. I am.
Poem 1
Some of us always feel
lonely
Misunderstood
Created before Earth
Lost amongst walking zombies
Dearth came
Weirdos, different or crazy
Too kind,
loving
or
innocent
and always ….. loving
Those who didn’t go insane
Remain the light of the world
Eternal flame
- primordial we
——
Below was written when I tried to convince a man of astral projection but he was a brain surgeon so thought I was absolutely crazy. All love … all forgiveness.
Poem 2 : untitled
———
How do I convince you science folks
That my consciousness : Universal love 💜
Is one whole particle of atomic oneness
Throughout timelines
Can be harvested
It’s always been that way
By those with money and connections
Alternatives of spirits & crush truth
Into pebbles
Until it’s all dust
Phoenix cries again
Protect my eggs 🥚
Allow them to live
Even if in a lab
Nourished by robots
Truth dies daily
Just give them a chance
even with broken wings
Promise my Love
My heart will reach them
Piercing the veils of falseness
Will raise them to adulthood
They will all eventually fly
/////
And my final poem tonight
This is first time reading in public …
This was written for my love of Silver Foxes 🦊 especially the rugged ones. WINK 😉
For my #cypherpunks and especially #AaronSwartz #HalFinney may they rest in power.
Here we go. 🤣🫂 Number Three 3️⃣
Recounts his takings
Working away on nature
Splintering fragments
Portioned off places, he moves
Gathering memories
Savoring his duty
Gripping curvature
Intensified focus sees
One rhythmic change now
Brings pleasure and pain
Sitting in comfort
Glistening traces of beads
Allowing exploration
Grinding down slowly
Welcomes the changes, of men
Symbiosis felt
Warm liquids burst forth
He laps up the nectar
Sweetness of honey
Abundance flows within
- Queen Mother rests
Oasis sleeps
Her honeycomb now complete.

Documented examples
- Core Scientific → CoreWeave
Core Scientific, known for Bitcoin mining, signed major long-term AI infrastructure agreements and began transitioning facilities toward AI hosting.
- IREN → Microsoft
IREN, historically a Bitcoin-mining company, disclosed a multi-year AI cloud services agreement with Microsoft and expanded into GPU cloud infrastructure.
- Hut 8 → AI infrastructure
Hut 8 disclosed major AI data-center lease activity, showing how Bitcoin-era infrastructure can become part of the AI economy.
Key point
Bitcoin mining infrastructure became a bridge into the AI economy.
That does not prove Bitcoin was created for AI.
It does show that the physical systems built around #Bitcoin became useful assets in the rise of #AI

2026-10-25 00:10:35 UTC

Bitcoin → AI
The physical connection
My argument is not that Bitcoin mining machines themselves run AI.
They generally do not.
The real connection is that Bitcoin mining *helped* build physical infrastructure that can later be repurposed for #AI
- land
- industrial buildings
- power contracts
- cooling systems
- electrical infrastructure
- operations teams with experience managing large computing facilities
How the transition works
1. Bitcoin mining builds the site
Large facilities are created to run mining equipment, usually where electricity is cheaper and power access is strong.
2. That infrastructure has value beyond #Bitcoin
Even if the ASIC miners are not useful for AI, the site itself can be.
3. The facility is converted or adapted
Instead of hosting mining machines, the company can host high-power GPUs and related AI infrastructure.
4. The site now serves AI computing
That can include:
- AI model training
- cloud computing
- enterprise AI services
- government or defense-related AI workloads

Baby mourning dove.
Fell from the tree.
Bamboozled from hitting mad made glass.
We make eye contact.
No wonder, friend. 💜 Have you seen the nests the parents build?
Tiny wings stuck in the car windshield wipers.
Do I help? Nature right?
He remembers who he is.
He fly’s back to tree. Peeks at me awhile.
Then he sees the deserted robins nest. He glances inside. He understands it’s not his true home. Nope, not for this baby.
He hops up another branch. Watching me again.
He hears a parent above sing lovely songs to call baby back home. But as a baby, unsure where to go. We watch one another a long while. I send love before going inside, assured he will be okay.
Hours later.
I return outside.
Beautiful melody of songbirds.
Joyful harmonies from high above.
Grateful tears ensue again.
- When baby mourning doves fly
Maybe we all are just shrieking humans
Mimicking sounds of dove cries?
