For the next 90 days… check your labels.
Buy beef marked "Product of USA."
300,000 tons of tariff-free beef is incoming, and nobody will say where it's actually from (best guess is Argentina, not confirmed).
Since there's no name on the label, that means no one has to answer for how it was raised
or how fast.
Why does this matter? The timeline.
Ask any real producer what "cheap and fast" means:
•Hormones for speed growth
•Antibiotics for rushed, crowded conditions
•Corn-fed instead of pasture
Processed at scale, one pound of "ground beef" can come from a dozen+ cows blended together.
None of it traceable.
Not hypothetical.
A batch already hit US retail in TX and FL last month before completing safety reinspection, meaning it reached shelves without finishing the safety check. Not to mention: China rejected an Argentine shipment for a banned antibiotic, chloramphenicol, as recently as March 2026.
Under new 2026 USDA rules, "Product of USA" legally means born, raised, slaughtered, AND processed on American soil. This is the only label that guarantees those standards.
Buying American is also how you support American ranchers getting undercut by these imports.
Zooming out… this is the real state of beef in America right now:
•Untraceable imported meat from unknown conditions
•Lab-grown meat, already FDA-cleared, landing on shelves
•Domestic ranchers doing it right and getting squeezed from every direction
This is what a food system optimizing for cheap and fast over real and transparent looks like.
For the next 90 days, and beyond, find a local rancher and buy directly.
Vote with your dollars. That's how you actually know what's in your beef, and how you ensure the ranchers and butchers doing this right stay in business.

Most doctors say declining testosterone is just normal aging... this is BS.
It’s actually a fixable warning sign of underlying problems.
Do not go on TRT until you find the CAUSE of your low testosterone.
Optimal ranges (will vary somewhat with age):
Men: 750–1,200 ng/dL
Women: 35–70+ ng/dL (yes, T is important for women!)
Free T: 1.5–2.5% of total
If your natural levels fall below these thresholds, this is basically a "check-engine light" from your body.
Optimal testosterone supports libido, arousal, orgasm, mood, motivation, energy, and healthy body composition in both men and women.
You can choose TRT later if you want, but first figure out why your levels are dropping.
Common causes include:
-Nutrient deficiencies (Zinc <90 µg/dL, Vitamin D <50 ng/mL, low Selenium/Iodine, RBC Magnesium <6 mg/dL)
-Chronic sleep deprivation (<8–9 hours of quality sleep)
-Low UV/red/IR light exposure (<1 hour outside daily)
-High stress and elevated cortisol
-Being overweight
-Smoking weed (yes, it's bad!) or heavy alcohol use
-Overtraining without proper recovery
-Endocrine disruptors (plastics, chemical sunscreens, phthalates)- your paper cup is lined with plastic!
-Excessive dieting or very low body fat (<8% in men, <14% in women)
-Certain medications (birth control, statins, antidepressants, opioids, glucocorticoids)
Most low T is fixable without TRT. Fix these things and your testosterone will improve without TRT.
And no — testosterone doesn’t just drop “as we age.”
I’m 49 with natural levels of 854 ng/dL (I’ve shown my bloodwork many times).
Don’t go on TRT until you understand the cause. Fixing the real problem improves your health for decades.
Ignoring it is like putting duct tape over a check-engine light. Don't do that!

“Looksmaxing” is evolutionary selection.
Historically, a wide jaw, clear skin, symmetrical face, healthy teeth and gums, and a strong, capable physique all signaled optimal fertility and health.
These traits were built through a diet rich in animal foods, with their unique nutrients like K2, B12, choline, creatine, retinol, zinc, and collagen, plus a life of daily movement outdoors.
Ironically, today looksmaxing has been co-opted into a grotesque race to an impossible standard, with zero regard for fertility and health—the very things it historically had at its core.
Sad, really.

You crave garbage food because you eat garbage food.
Stop eating garbage food and those cravings will go away. Being healthy is easier than you think.

2026-04-07 19:52:16 UTC

the vast majority of human health issues can be solved by simply not eating garbage foods.
eat meat, eat plants, eat what you want as long as it's single ingredient foods and foods with ingredients your great-grandmother would recognize.
why is this so hard for us to grasp?

microplastics, BPA, mycotoxins, PM 2.5, PFAs, pesticides... none of this will kill you today, but ignoring them could significantly affect the quality of your life later.
it's a shame humans are so bad at future thinking. swim upstream, my friends. pay attention.

Spinach is the worst leafy green you can eat.
-Highest pesticide amounts of ALL produce by weight. 75% of non-organic samples contain permethrin (neurotoxic insecticide banned in Europe).
-High oxalates (~800mg/ cooked cup) = significant kidney stone risk
-Accumulates cadmium/lead
Lettuce (romaine etc.) is far less problematic. Bring on the pitchforks🍴, @X.

My mother texted me the other day asking about her lipids.
"What's your fasting insulin?" I asked.
Her doctor has never ordered this, not once.
She's going back to the lab to "complete" her bloodwork today.
If your doctor doesn't order this lab, you need a new doctor.
