no, there wasn't.
That's my point. Kid fights are meaningless. You don't care who starts what. All you want is for them to stop fighting.
I don't get why you want teachers to do more than the bare minimum of crowd control.
If there's a pattern though, and the same kid keeps coming up, then yeah, sure, you can start investigating

for thinking for himself? Literally never saw that.
Doesn't matter who started a fight? I did see that happen, yes, but that happens because kids always use that as an excuse. Teachers aren't there to investigate who starts fights and who doesn't, they're there to crowd control. If you want investigations, you go to the police.
And as for the last one, yes, I did see that happen as well. Whether that cobstitutes bullying though, I don't think it does

I don't like school as much as the next person, but teachers don't do that. At least, in my experience, that never happened.
Pretty sure they would get fired if they bullied kids or enticed them to bullying.
I'm only talking about public schools though. Maybe what you're saying applies to private schools

schools aren't the problem. Bullying is.
Most schools nowadays treat bullying as a real issue. If a kid gets bullied, all they have to do is report it and the teachers will take care of it
