From what I read about the new #Codeberg ToU here, many people seem not to know or just forgot, that Codeberg is maintained by volunteers. It is a full volunteer project afaik. It's financed by donations only.
The crowd behind the project (a.k.a. active members of Codeberg e.V.) voted for new rules for the platform they maintain in their free time. FOR FREE.
