Asking here because I think y’all have already gotten to the truth of this: sunscreen, yay or nay? If yay, which to buy (non toxic)? Going on vacation _FINALLY_!

Just passed 700km of running since Jan 1. Getting steadily faster. Just under 6 weeks until race day!

Yeah it’s pretty rad. I wouldn’t be surprised if the artist comes around to bitcoin over time.

I'm not quite sure yet but I'm hoping to target a pace of 4:45-4:50/km.
I've been following this plan pretty closely:

1 I've run 55 times and covered almost 500 km since January 1 steadily getting stronger and faster. My diet has been locked in and I've not had any alcohol in 89 days. I'm down 27 lbs and still have two months until my half marathon. Proof of work is a mantra.

Yes, this time. I've long been a recreational runner—2-3 times a week kinda thing—but picked a race a few months out (May) and decided to commit to a strict training plan. It's early days but I'm steadily improving. In fact, I'm already thinking I'll pick another event after this one to keep with the routine!
