Long/tall flange nut. But hard to find and you'll probably have to copper plate it yourself :)

Or you can just stack a normal nut on top of flange nut if you need the extra thread engangement.
As for your exhaust leak (I've scrolled to see what the nut is even for), I'd just get a tube of Holts Firegum and that'll sort it :)
