How many murders has this "paramilitary" actually committed in the last 20 years? Some beatings, I don't doubt but they were probably all drug-debts.
I'm sure every London cabbie could put you in touch with worse.
Much less dangerous to British civilians than the police and MI5, and quite unworthy of breathless reporting...
