oh i grow lettuce on top. not to eat, just for fun. there's one lettuce stem that's like 16" long.
also can grow cat grass, wandering jew (i don't know the regular name, sorry), and something else i can't remember. In the tank i can take some of the native plants out here and they'll root in it from a cutting. I wonder if i can do a bonsai...
