Rust All-Hands COVID Numbers so far: 1 reported case. And not from the all-hands, but from the co-located unconf. No other cases so far.
The policy at the all-hands was really really good, given the low case count. Daily testing was mandatory, with tests readily available. There was both mechanical ventilation, and open windows. Each room had an Aranet 4 CO2 meter present to measure air quality. Lunch was outdoors.
Given the number of people present, this is really good!
