The most critical performance management of my week didn't happen in a boardroom. 📈👯♂️
Today was the final dress rehearsal for my youngest daughter's dance showcase this Sunday. She was fighting some heavy pre-stage nerves, made worse when a severe thunderstorm with blinding rain and lightning struck right as we stepped out the door. ⛈️⚡️
But leadership is built early. She proved she is an incredibly tough girl—shook off the intimidation, walked into the studio, and completely executed her routine like a professional.
Proud dad moment watching real resilience in action. Ready for Sunday! ❤️
