deep down, maybe I am resentful that the things people are using AI for (writing, researching, life admin tasks) are things I happen to enjoy and be good at, and seeing people "shortcut" and be content with a half arsed bot what I've spent my life refining and doing well just pisses me off

or maybe it's imposter syndrome, that maybe the things I thought I was good at, I'm not that good at after all and my value in society is now marginalised and people better at leveraging these tools and better at self promotion will get the rewards
