That pneumonia vaccine is a one and done, so definitely up to date, though I got the original shot for shingles (which was also supposed to be a one and done), but a newer version that’s about 20% more effective came out and Medicare covered it.
Don’t know if the policy to offer vaccines that keep people safe and costs lower will continue, but the economic value of a shot versus treatment and lost productivity is now a political decision instead of a medical one.
