It's literally beyond the capacity of language & reason to describe how completely, insanely impossible this evidence chain is.
Besides the fact that the agent itself is probabilistic & cannot be documented or backtraced, it also requires several infallible systems of exactly the sort we have utterly failed to build throughout all of human history until now.
It also requires good faith & cooperation from every party.
This is a job for a wizard or a god, not engineers & lawyers.
