Someone mentioned the use of prompt injection in resumes and CVs, to which I replied, "If you're going to use AI to triage resumes, applicants are allowed to talk directly to the AI."
I think that principle generalizes: if you put an AI between us, I am allowed address the AI. Period, full stop.
And particularly if you run something I gave you through an AI without checking with me first, there's no reason I should have to disclose that I am giving instructions to that AI.
