what amazes me is that, even when you explain to someone what LLMs do (basically, statistically-biased random word jumbler), they still insist on using it. Asides from every other reason for not using it, they don't realise that it doesn't 'get things right', 'think', 'argue', 'hallucinate', 'reconsider', it just comes up with a response that statistically would be what a human would come up with next.
