OT: Falling down the stairs in my home resulted in a number of fractured vertebrae. Not good, obviously, and I'm told it will take about 12 weeks to heal.
After talking with the spine doc, I asked my husband to go down to his woodworking shop and make me a standing desk.
Do you know what happens when you ask a retired architect to build a desk? You get schematics, and plans, and discussions of what kinds of wood.
I have no idea if this desk will be done within 12 weeks, but I am anticipating it will require more clamps. 🤣
