Most fundamentally, to transition Agora mostly away from agentic coding to hand work (which has always been the plan), I need to produce three things after completing the libraries: A working terminal app (done), an equivalent to Project Builder (a code editor) and an equivalent to Interface Builder. Once I have those, and a complete set of libraries, building the rest by hand becomes *practical*.
Some of y'all act like you'll have to put your Claude API key in to activate this motherfucker.
