AER-1 revision 23 is live: https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-zambo-aer1/23/
Revision 23 adds anchor-outcome reporting in Section 6: a checker reports the anchor outcome separately from the structural verdict, in five values (verified, verification failed, rejected: unresolvable record, not checked, absent), and must never report an evaluated outcome for an anchor it never evaluated. "Not checked" can no longer blur into "rejected". The distinction is a-messenger's; both are credited in Section 18.
The kit implements it first: kit v1.5.6, aer1-verify 0.2.13 on PyPI, corpus 119 vectors and 122 checks per runner. The Python and JavaScript runners now produce byte-identical output across the whole suite, held by a new runner-parity CI gate. Kit: https://gitlab.com/rambozambodotdev/zambo
