This morning's physical therapy was hard. Very hard. I did manage to get one full session of home exercises in this afternoon but it was painful. After helping clean up the kitchen after dinner, I sat down in my recliner, elevated my knee and proceeded to pass out. Woke up at midnight. Doesn't bode well for sleeping through the night.
