I facilitated a session on "Staying relevant when technical expertise seems cheap" or as I called it here "Who needs a CTO anyway?"

We're all feeling the pressure and potentially loss & grief from AI + doom spiral capitalism, CTOs, CEOs, ICs and everyone in-between.

This workshop aimed at raising spirits, identifying things very hard for AI to replace and what company structures might look like in the next 24 (months/weeks/days? Who knows)
