I have no idea as for the parties we get the party get up which is a keg with its own pipe and tap for pipping the beer, it works fine and has done so for decades :-D. Some Czechs just like beer more or are bigger families or live at same place as work etc. It is not uncommon for anybody non adult to be allowed small beer with lunch, on the weekends. Our beer is mostly bitter pills though so kids do not like it much and would only want the foam, because it is the foam. I have no idea why, but I and my brother were like that too :-D
