Fuck me! I'm an idiot... The proposal closed on October 4th at 00:00, so the plan to submit it this morning just exploded in my face. Sorry Sebastix (nprofile…lx8l) and Bogo (nprofile…py0u), I thought I had all Sunday to submit, but apparently not.

I will try to send them an email, but I think I screwed it up for this year.
