What you can do when you import is check “Import as Private show”. When you do that, we never podping or submit to Podcast Index. It is still a public feed, but not submitted anywhere. That should work right?
You manage the show on Podhome, which generates and RSS feed, and then you take the info from the feed into your selfhosted feed.
