As a Polish leftist, I believe we shouldn’t support hosting foreigners who refuse to assimilate or respect our laws and culture.
Every legal violation should be penalized, however, when fundamental societal laws are broken, deportation is a fair punishment.
Illegal immigration also can be counted as "fundamental", with a few exceptions, e.g. a political fugitive. In this case, a more individual approach is needed.
