for what it's worth, I am in complete agreement with Dave (npub1rcn…dw4h) on the podcast <-> feed identity structure. We've been talking about it for years, and we even talked about it the last time I was on the show.
He's merely modeling reality, and that's a data structure problem. Noticing friction because of a bad data structure is just how we got here.
We've been dancing around the issue in the namespace ever since we added the podcast:guid tag.
