Well, got a message back from my PCP, and they need to see me first, then send me to PT, then I get to see Ortho and get an MRI on my shoulder.
Tomorrow I’m going to start doing forced marches on my treadmill with the incline at maximum, and leg and core exercises that don’t involve my shoulders. I cannot be sedentary for months on end while they play fuck fuck games. It is likely going to be several months before I even see Ortho, and I will be in pain until then. Fuck the VA system.
