This has to be the most passive-aggressive note I’ve seen in a decade. I can’t translate
it as much of its glory is in the language used, but the lamination and the sarcastic use of non-gendered language in the salutation deserve an award in themselves.
(Austrian law requires me to say that the amount of stick-up-arse on display here suggests it was probably written by a German.)
