A long morning run to end my week of #running every day. It has been nice to run so much, and my recovery seems better than expected. Even so, my legs need a day or two of rest now.

For 17k, I followed today's stage of the Danmark Rundt cycling race (from Køge to Hastrup) before heading home. Interesting to follow the setup of the race.

With heavy legs and hard headwinds, I enjoyed the challenge of this run. It was a good one.
