I heard a conversation about zoom care in Portland here recently and it has had me thinking.
I got injured at work and couldn't use my arm. Couldn't open a door or drink coffee. The pain was so much that I seriously considered an ambulance because I didn't think I could manage getting out my door and down the elevator. Not simply because of inability to use my arm but just pure intense pain. I went to zoom care and got an X-ray. The X-ray showed nothing and they thought I was a drug seeker. It got worse when I told them I was on probation. I meant at my job and they assumed the worst. I needed a note for work and they did the bare minimum. I was sent to orthopedics and she found all kinds of problems on my X-ray they had missed and an MRI showed some dislocation.
So I would say if you need a bandaid, Advil, or a same day dr note they are ok. Don't trust Them with something major.
