Today, was my first day mowing, blowing, and wacking the grass since surgery in mid-July.
The walking felt good but maybe too much?
I was careful carrying my lightweight wacker and blower, too, but maybe too soon?
I had a couple of big twinges of pain on my mid-right side as well one big oomph of pressure pain dead center of my stomach.
Best I took a tylenol, flopped on the couch, and am icing my abdomen. Ugh.
