I don't think I give myself enough credit that I have migraine-like symptoms most days. I've been really hard on myself about trying to cognitively function as if I weren't sick.
(I've more or less accepted I cannot physically function the same way. [I don't mean to be alarmist, but if you don't want to feel this way or unwittingly cause others to feel this way, best mask up.])
