Manufacturer tells how to solve the problem — it’s just that their upgrade process can be (I know from experience) a royal pain to deal with. If I don’t need to go through that (which is to say: if my current flavor IS the flavor that would result from the upgrade), I’d prefer to not go through hours of needless and needlessly confusing “updating”. Not a huge deal, I’m just trying to avoid wasting lots of time and patience.
