EZnet Wireless is a home internet package service with a defined data quota, delivered through a Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) device using cellular or WiFi technology, with speeds of up to 10 Mbps that are only available within a radius of 1–5 km (kilometers).
The EZnet Wireless subscription fee includes the provision of the CPE device by TELKOMSEL; however, the CUSTOMER is charged a service fee for the installation of the CPE device.
A CUSTOMER who registers for the EZnet Wireless service will be contacted by a TELKOMSEL officer to confirm the type of package to be activated.
The EZnet Wireless subscription fee consists of the charges billed to the CUSTOMER for the service selected by the CUSTOMER, and is communicated to the CUSTOMER every month.
TELKOMSEL will deliver the service once all EZnet Wireless registration requirements have been fulfilled by the CUSTOMER. TELKOMSEL reserves the right to delay activation if the registration requirements have not been met.
The EZnet Wireless service will be billed on a pro-rata basis for the first month.
The EZnet Wireless service uses a TELKOMSEL Orbit prepaid card; therefore, the CUSTOMER must first register the prepaid SIM card through the MyOrbit application.
The CUSTOMER may purchase additional EZnet Wireless data packages through the MyOrbit or MyTELKOMSEL application. Additional data packages purchased by the CUSTOMER are separate from this EZnet Wireless service and are therefore charged separately from this service.
The CUSTOMER must keep all installed devices in good condition and take reasonable measures to protect the devices from damage caused by negligence, loss, or other risks. Replacement of a damaged or lost device, or failure to return the device upon termination of this service, will incur a replacement fee of IDR 400,000 (four hundred thousand Rupiah) (approximately USD 22.16 / EUR 19.73), which will be charged in the current billing and must be paid by the CUSTOMER.
Before the service package period ends, TELKOMSEL may present the CUSTOMER with service offers, whether for the same type of service or for other services, and the CUSTOMER may directly renew the package to be used for the next subscription period. If, by the end of the subscription period, the CUSTOMER has not selected any package, the service will be charged at the regular rate.
Currency note: The USD and EUR figures in clause 9 are for reference only and are based on the Bank Indonesia JISDOR rate of IDR 18,047 per USD (22 October 2026) and the ECB euro reference rate of 1.1234 USD per EUR (21 October 2026). Actual amounts depend on the exchange rate at the time of payment. The binding amount is the Rupiah figure.
