I picked up some BBQ sauce this week. I also made a meatloaf with my last pound of bison because I had SO many leftovers of chana masala from my library cooking class. The flavour and the nutritional value of that loaf were really good (pepper spaghetti sauce and molasses for flavour). However, it was a bit dry. I ate all of it, except a final piece that went in the freezer. I'm quite experimental with my cooking, and I'm generally pleased with the results.
