#WordWeavers 22. If you wrote a memoir on your writing journey so far, what would it be called?
The point of the writing is the stories, not 'my journey'. Writing a memoir would not be getting the stories written: it would be diverting attention and effort to the wrong level of things.
Writing is like driving standard shift: it goes a lot smoother when I pay attention to the goal, and do not get distracted by the details of HOW I am moving the shift and clutch from moment to moment.
