A positive #FOIA response story, in July 1995 a Seattle ISP was hacked because #hackers were angry with another #hacker on IRC. Servers were trashed, credentials were stolen, sniffers were installed, the hacker called the ISP to mock them and 3,000 customers were taken offline.
