A Globo estava em compasso de espera em razĂŁo de rumores sobre uma possĂvel divulgação de conversas de um de seus principais executivos com o banqueiro Daniel Vorcaro, dono do Master.
Pois bem, o nome do tal figurĂŁo da Globo foi revelado.
Frederic Kachar, CEO da Editora Globo, InfoGlobo e Globo Condé Nast, é o tal figurão da Globo.
As conversas entre os dois estĂŁo entre o material apreendido pela PolĂcia Federal, e revelam, entre outras coisas, conversas sobre a linha editorial do conglomerado Globo.
Incomodado com notĂcia publicada pela colunista Malu Gaspar, o entĂŁo dono do Master se queixou ao diretor-geral da empresa sobre o trabalho da jornalista.
O ex-banqueiro estava incomodado com uma reportagem de abril de 2025 intitulada "Gestores do Master respondem a processo por operações fraudulentas e manipulação de preços".
"Isso Ă© sacanagem demais Fred. numa boa", reclamou Vorcaro, acrescentando: "Diminui muito o jornalismo da Globo".
Kachar respondeu o seguinte em trĂŞs mensagens:
"Oi Tava tentando falar com a Malu, mas antes saĂram duas colunas Ela entrou na CBN"
"Eu te entendo, mas Ă© uma questĂŁo subjetiva. Esse eh o estilo dela com todo mundo, nĂŁo somente com vc."
"Eu acho cansativo e desnecessário"
Vorcaro respondeu:
"Ficamos impotentes com essa chuva de ataques assim".
"Vou falar com ela", disse Kachar.
Na sequĂŞncia, Vorcaro desabafou em suas mensagens:
"Entendo que bater gera mais cliques mas podia intercalar. Até hoje ela so me atacou. Fica ate feio pra ela".
"Me pinta como se eu fosse um membro do pcc ou de alguma organização criminosa e esquece toda e qualquer coisa que fizemos de bom".
Nas conversas, Kachar nĂŁo demonstra ter apenas uma relação profissional duvidosa com o ex-banqueiro. Ele e Vorcaro tinham uma relação de amizade e confiança, ao ponto de Vorcaro fazer convites para que o executivo da Globo participasse de festas privadas "sem celulares" e "sem riscos". Kachar, inclusive, chegou a negociar com o amigo convites para o disputado Baile da Vogue, disputado evento anual promovido pelo conglomerado de mĂdia.
O Baile da Vogue também é tema de uma das conversas entre Kachar e Vorcaro. O executivo sinaliza que só não "passou o rodo" na festa, repleta de atrizes da TV Globo e de modelos, por conta da presença de sua ex-companheira.
"Me fodi. Minha ex foi e marcou em cima. E tava bom ontem", afirma o CEO da Editora Globo.
A ex em questão é Monique Alfradique, que também chegou a se envolver com Vorcaro meses depois.
Nos diálogos, Kachar faz diversos comentários sobre outras funcionárias do conglomerado.
"A Sabrina [Sato] tava pra jogo. Aniversário dela, soltinha", disse o executivo, segundo quem "Deborah Secco também [estava pra jogo]". Vorcaro lhe interpelou, dizendo que a atriz "estava muito feia". "Eu só olhava pra bunda dela. Mas concordo que a fantasia era broxante. Ela vai ser madrinha do camarote [do Carnaval], disse que quer curtir solteira", retrucou Kachar.
Em outro diálogo, no inĂcio de 2024, Vorcaro faz menção a uma de suas festas privè com a presença de modelos ucranianas. "Hoje o plano Ă© o ataque soviĂ©tico", afirmou o entĂŁo dono do Banco Master, nĂŁo sem antes fazer um pedido para o amigo: "Depois me passa o contato do Roberto".
Roberto é Roberto Marinho Neto, CEO da Globo Ventures, área responsável pelos investimentos do conglomerado midiático.
Três dias depois, o banqueiro enviou um recado para o executivo da Globo: "Se você animar, hoje tem. Fechei um lugar sem risco e sem celular para a verdadeira festa". "É nessa que eu vou", se empolgou Kachar. "Você é meu convidado de honra", prosseguiu Vorcaro.
No dia seguinte da noitada com as ucranianas, Kachar agradeceu ao banqueiro pela festa.
"Será que alguém anotou a placa do caminhão que me atropelou? Obrigado pelo convite ontem", disse o chefão das rádios e das publicações impressas da Globo.
"VocĂŞ ficou pouco", lamentou Vorcaro, que disse ter dormido durante apenas trĂŞs horas.
"Ídolo. Se eu faço isso, saio de ambulância do quarto", lamentou o executivo.
Por fim, Vorcaro se gabou de uma peripécia: a de ter feito a festa com sua então mulher lhe esperando em um quarto ao lado.
"Ídolo máximo, então. Isso eu jamais consegui", respondeu Kachar.

🇺🇲 Identity of Globo Executive Involved with Daniel Vorcaro Revealed
Globo had been in a holding pattern due to rumors about the possible release of conversations between one of its top executives and banker Daniel Vorcaro, owner of Master.
Well, the name of this Globo bigwig has now been revealed.
Frederic Kachar, CEO of Editora Globo, InfoGlobo, and Globo Condé Nast, is the Globo bigwig in question.
The conversations between the two are among the material seized by the Federal Police and reveal, among other things, discussions about the Globo conglomerate’s editorial line.
Upset by a story published by columnist Malu Gaspar, the then-owner of Master complained to the company’s CEO about the journalist’s work.
The former banker was upset by an April 2025 report titled “Master Executives Face Lawsuit Over Fraudulent Transactions and Price Manipulation.”
“That’s way too much of a low blow, Fred. Seriously,” complained Vorcaro, adding: “It really undermines Globo’s journalism.”
Kachar replied as follows in three messages:
“Hi. I was trying to talk to Malu, but two columns came out first. She joined CBN.”
“I get where you’re coming from, but it’s a subjective issue. That’s just her style with everyone, not just you.”
“I find it exhausting and unnecessary.”
Vorcaro replied:
“We feel powerless in the face of this barrage of attacks.”
“I’ll talk to her,” said Kachar.
Afterward, Vorcaro vented in his messages:
“I get that bashing generates more clicks, but she could mix it up a bit. To this day, she’s only attacked me. It even makes her look bad.”
“She paints me as if I were a member of the PCC or some criminal organization and ignores everything good we’ve ever done.”
In their conversations, Kachar doesn’t come across as having merely a questionable professional relationship with the former banker. He and Vorcaro had a relationship based on friendship and trust, to the point that Vorcaro would invite the Globo executive to private parties that were “cellphone-free” and “risk-free.” Kachar even went so far as to negotiate with his friend for invitations to the highly sought-after Baile da Vogue, a coveted annual event hosted by the media conglomerate.
The Baile da Vogue is also the subject of one of the conversations between Kachar and Vorcaro. The executive hints that the only reason he didn’t “go all out” at the party—which was packed with TV Globo actresses and models—was because his ex-partner was there.
“I’m screwed. My ex went and showed up. And things were going well yesterday,” says the CEO of Editora Globo.
The ex in question is Monique Alfradique, who also ended up getting involved with Vorcaro months later.
In the conversations, Kachar makes several comments about other female employees of the media conglomerate.
“Sabrina [Sato] was up for it. It was her birthday, and she was single,” said the executive, who added that “Deborah Secco was also [up for it].” Vorcaro challenged him, saying that the actress “looked really ugly.” “I was just looking at her butt. But I agree that the costume was a turn-off. She’s going to be the godmother of the [Carnival] box; she said she wants to enjoy being single,” Kachar retorted.
In another conversation, in early 2024, Vorcaro mentions one of his private parties attended by Ukrainian models. “Today’s plan is the Soviet offensive,” stated the then-owner of Banco Master, but not before making a request to his friend: “Pass me Roberto’s contact info later.”
Roberto is Roberto Marinho Neto, CEO of Globo Ventures, the division responsible for the media conglomerate’s investments.
Three days later, the banker sent a message to the Globo executive: “If you’re up for it, it’s happening today. I’ve secured a spot—no risk and no cell phones—for the real party.” “I’m definitely going to that one,” Kachar exclaimed excitedly. “You’re my guest of honor,” Vorcaro continued.
The day after the night out with the Ukrainian women, Kachar thanked the banker for the party.
“Did anyone write down the license plate of the truck that ran me over? Thanks for the invitation yesterday,” said the head of Globo’s radio stations and print publications.
“You didn’t stay long enough,” lamented Vorcaro, who said he had slept for only three hours.
“You’re a legend. If I did that, I’d be wheeled out of the room in an ambulance,” lamented the executive.
Finally, Vorcaro boasted about a daring feat: throwing the party while his then-wife waited for him in a room next door.
“You’re the ultimate legend, then. I’ve never managed to do that,” replied Kachar.
