Which have Official speeds in excess of 30 knots, and can spin up to their max pretty quickly (nuclear has a lag, turbines already running I think are near instant). And are probably normally not following straight lines.
All they have to do is not be where the missiles will land, ground targets or ships in Condition White are another matter.
So in response, the IRGC now has three ex-tankers, the video is quite impressive.
