kid fights are meaningless? is that really what you want to say? you really don't care if alice hits bob because he stole something from her or because he called her a name or becase he hit her first? that makes no difference to you? would you say that to their faces, that you don't really care what they're up to or how they treat each other until after your attention is drawn to something that looks bad?
