Andrews & Arnold Ltd (AAISP) (npub1sv0…rq9x) My mums friend had her landline converted to BT digital today ( think its called SOTAP for Analogue). We have our line with yourselves for a few years. Calls could be made fine each way but line would do dead after about 20 seconds or so and they ended up talking to themselves but line not dropped. Could this be routing issue from a new bt conversion?
