If I happened to have privileged access to a dataset in the US right now, which identified trans people and/or migrants, and those data points weren't in the set specifically to help those people, but were instead, part of say, some sort of corporate or government data hoard... Perhaps those data points would find themselves overwritten or lost, or not easily readable.
