I hear from a lot of tech skeptics that seems to feel technology has nothing to offer or can only make things worse.
This is understandable but also ignorant.
I’m standing here for a half hour in the sun wondering if the bus came 15 minutes early or is actually more than 20 minutes late, or if this particular run just isn’t coming today because a bus or driver is out of service.
We have the technology to answer that question. But we’re not applying it here because of profit and classism.
