All Doll Icons can be added or removed at any time (with one small exception in the adding of Greater Heart). There are two ways to use a Doll Icon: Lesser and Greater. The difference is in where one places the icon: Lesser Icons appear in your bio, while Greater Icons appear in your display name. If you take on a Greater Icon, the equivalent Lesser Icon should still appear in your bio to avoid confusion.
