could be an opportunity to explore some of the ideas around jn in a context where I am pushed towards prototyping and finishing something. could make a bastardized version of jn called goul that plays with records and overloading. I'm also interested in coroutines and state machines but that's less experimental to me, I think I know how to make those work at this point. could also make it into goul if there was time.
