Tethics has been coming to mind far too often this past Q1'25.
Granted, Q4'24 was a total shitshow in a lot of corp ways for a lot of people when it comes to the non-existence of meaningful ethics, and really all four quarters of '24, oh and also '23... annnnyway...
So.. Tethics.. these days we don't even have a pledge for orgs to pretend to sign and care about. It is assumed that ruthlessness is the rule, and work/life balance carries no weight for far too many managerial structures.
