I hate this time of year at the gym.
It’s filled with bugs that have absolutely no concept of gym etiquette, personal space, or basic spatial awareness. They’re everywhere. Every bench. Every machine. Every corner.
Even training at ungodly hours offers no refuge. Somehow, the infestation has reached those sacred hours too.
I know the cycle, though.
Give it a few weeks.
Nature will take its course.
