Yeah, but this is all in the context of a global system that only exists because the US anchors it with the petrodollar; the second the ruling class betrays the US and the system goes haywire, all the decadent third-generation oligarchs will suddenly NOT have the world as their playground anymore, and being a billionaire will be a lot less fun/safe, and they'll all be like "whoa wtf happened"

I'm not predicting they'll go away, but the rich will be a LOT less rich, too
