My #astrophotography experiments with wide-field lenses continue.
I'm returning the fancy lenses I was borrowing, but I got a much more inexpensive pair to play with. They are both c-mount lenses and I'm slowly being driven insane because all of the M42 to c-mount adapters I've tried are literally 0.5 mm too long. I can almost, but not quite, get the image in focus. I've been forced into 3d printing an adapter, which is becoming an adventure into the dimensional tolerances of my printer lol
